July is Disability Pride Month — a time to celebrate the strength, individuality, and resilience of people with disabilities. At Chardon Performance Therapy, we believe that movement is for every body — and that includes creating safe, empowering spaces where all individuals can build strength, confidence, and community.
That’s why we’re proud to offer our Horse Power Class — a gentle, circuit-style class designed to be accessible, slow-paced, and beginner-friendly.

What Is the Horse Power Class?
Horse Power is a unique blend of:
Yoga to improve flexibility and body awareness
Pilates to develop core control and stability
Strength Training to build resilience, mobility, and confidence
All delivered in a gentle, inclusive format that emphasizes:
Low-impact movement
Pace adjustments for all ability levels
Supportive coaching and encouragement
A circuit-style structure so participants can move at their own rhythm
Whether you're navigating a chronic condition, recovering from injury, managing pain, or just stepping back into fitness for the first time in a while — this class was built with you in mind.

Why It Matters During Disability Pride Month
Disability Pride is not just about awareness; it’s about accessibility, equity, and creating environments where people of all abilities are welcomed as they are. This month (and every month), we honor that by making space for inclusive fitness options rooted in compassion and strength.
Horse Power isn’t just a workout; it’s a chance to reconnect with your body, build strength safely, and join a community that celebrates presence over perfection.
