You were made to move, we can help.
About Us
Chardon Performance Therapy was established in 2020 by Dave Nelson thinking outside the box to offer exceptional client focused experience resulting in real life changes. Our goal is to help active adults and athletes efficiently manage pain so they can get back to the activities they really love with the people they care about most. We focus on:
Golf Performance ● Running Performance
Life Performance

Compared to traditional physical therapy, Dave and his team spend quality time with clients discussing the entire picture of their health and lifestyle to provide long-term pain relief and improved function without the use of expensive medications, injections, and surgery. However, if someone does require surgery, we provide pre and postoperative rehabilitation.
Whether you are a diehard athlete, sports enthusiast, weekend warrior, or someone who just wants to get back to your normal daily activities pain–free, we understand how important it is to help you as quickly and safely as possible. We are committed to your timely recovery, prevention of future setbacks, and overall performance.
