How it works
1. Share your story. Your initial assessment is a 75-minute, one-on-one visit with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. We listen to your goals, your history, and what you've already tried, so we understand what truly matters to you.
2. Get a comprehensive care plan. We check your neck, back, shoulders, nerves, and balance, then explain what's injured and what recovery will look like in clear, simple language.
3. Work with an accountable guide. Your follow-up sessions are a full hour, one-on-one. We use hands-on manual therapy, dry needling, and a strength program built for your life and your sport. We stay invested in your progress and push you toward higher performance, not just symptom relief.
See a doctor first
After any car accident, get checked by a physician or urgent care first to rule out fractures, head injury, or other serious problems. Once you're cleared, physical therapy can start right away. Early, guided movement usually leads to a better recovery than resting and waiting.
Help with your auto insurance

Don't stay stuck
If you wait, accident injuries can settle into long-term neck pain, headaches, and stiffness. The sooner you start, the better.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a doctor's referral for physical therapy in Ohio?
No. Ohio law lets you see a physical therapist directly, without a referral.
How long are the sessions?
Your initial assessment is 75 minutes. Follow-up sessions are 60 minutes, always one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
How long until my neck feels better?
In most cases, pain is gone within the first month, and often sooner. Plans of care average about 3 months, so you stay out of pain and come back stronger.
Will my auto insurance cover physical therapy?
We will work closely with your auto insurance representative for coverage for your case. For care outside of an auto claim, we're out of network with all insurance companies, accept HSA and FSA cards, and many clients are reimbursed through their out-of-network benefits.
How soon after an accident should I start physical therapy?
As soon as a physician has ruled out serious injury. Early, guided care usually helps you recover faster.
Can you provide documentation of my care?
Yes. We keep detailed records of your evaluation and progress, and with your permission we share them with your auto insurance representative to support your case.
When should I see a doctor instead?
Go to the emergency room right away if you have a severe headache, confusion, vomiting, trouble speaking or walking, numbness or weakness in your arms or legs, loss of bladder or bowel control, or chest or belly pain after an accident.
